Facilities

The Facility Services department consists of two branches: Facility Maintenance Services and Custodial Services. Its mission is to support the activities of the campus community by providing clean and well-maintained facilities for the faculty, staff, students, and guests of PHC. It also serves the Home School Legal Defense Association, which is headquartered on the campus.

Facility Manager

Ken provides daily direction and oversight of the campus Facility Service Department. Before coming to PHC, he served as the facilities manager at Covenant Life Church/Sovereign Grace Ministries in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Ken is a Licensed Stationary Engineer and an EPA Certified Universal Refrigerant Technician.

He and his wife have homeschooled their children for 20 years.

Ken is assisted in providing service to the campus by a dedicated team of full- and part-time staff and dozens of student employees who work together to tirelessly to keep the campus clean and well-maintained.
